Description:

A small Yam mask from the Abelam tribe of the East Sepik, Papua New Guinea, dating to the mid / 2nd half of the 20th century. This is a sweet small example made with intricately woven plant fibres with traces of paint/pigments.

Height: 20.2cm. Width: 20.7cm. Depth: 7.8cm.

Condition:

Age related wear as expected but overall in good condition. Please examine photos carefully.
