A Zulu knobkerrie, dating to the 19th century. This knobkerrie has an excellent dark colour and patina with a slightly pointed spherical head, and the shaft features five bands of two colour wirework decoration.

Condition:
Very minor knocks and bumps and a couple of fine shrinkage cracks all consistent with age. Age related wear as expected. Overall good. Please examine photos carefully.
