A wonderful glazed stoneware bust by Marcel Guillard (1896-1932), after a bronze by Claire Colinet and partnered/retailed by The Etling Gallery, Paris, circa 1920. Stamped and signed underneath. Part of cloak restored (detailed condition report below).
Section of cloak on right side (her left) has been broken and restuck. Please see last 4 photos where this can be seen on both the outside and inside – the inside part also has a bit of filler but is hard to see. Age related wear as expected but displays well. Please examine photos carefully.
