A wonderful carved wood and polychrome statue of the Virgin Mary, dating to the 17th century. The statue is wonderfully carved and is very expressive. The Virgin Mary is fixed to a slightly later carved base.
Damage to both feet, some of the veil and minor parts elsewhere. Old worm holes mostly to the back and on red cloak area (treated). Age related wear as expected but overall okay and displays well. Please examine photos carefully.
