Please find for offer a wonderful pair of carved wood brackets/shelves with lion heads and ionic capitals, dating to the 17th/18th and 19th century. These are made up of different aged elements – the shelf tops date to the 19th century and the ionic capitals and lion heads appear to date to the 17th or 18th century? The quality of carving is excellent and they make a great pair of small shelves.

Condition:
Some old worm holes in places (treated). Small part of scroll decoration on the right side of one of the columns appears missing. A couple of old holes drilled into the shelf part near the back to the side of the columns. Age related wear as expected but overall good. Please examine photos carefully.
