A fine quality carved mahogany roundel depicting a neoclassical beauty wearing a gilded laurel wreath, dating to the second half of the 19th century. Possibly once an architectural element. She has a period hanging loop for displaying on a wall.
Some small knocks and bumps to the outer rim. Age related wear as expected but overall good. Please examine photos carefully.
