A large Vanuatu carved club, dating to the mid 19th century. This club has a finely carved geometric star shaped head. This is a large and heavy example that would be a formidable club. It has a good black patina that is encrusted in places.

Condition:
Small chips to some of the edges of the head and the base/terminal end has some surface scuffs exposing the wood. Age related wear as expected but overall in good condition. Please examine photos carefully.
