A gothic revival carved oak kneeler/prayer stool, dating to the second half of the 19th century. This useful footstool is carved in the gothic taste and has a sloped needlework top set on a frame composed of trefoil arches. This is an excellent prayer stool with good quality carving and has a good colour and patina.
