A lovely Goldscheider terracotta bust of Venus, dating to circa 1900. This is an unusual and rare model from Goldscheider that I cannot find another example of. It is beautifully modelled and has a polychrome finish, The verse of the base is stamped with “Goldscheider Wien”, “Vervielfältigung Vorbehalten” and numbered “804 L”.
