A large Georgian double-sided hand mirror, dating to the second half of the 18th century. Of wooden construction with turned handle, this hand mirror is double-sided with one side magnifying the reflection by having a concave mirror plate. There is a brass hanging fixture allowing the piece to be suspended and displayed on a wall.
