A delightful half length portrait of a gentleman stood within an English garden, dating to circa 1790. Oil on canvas laid to board and presented in a period gilt frame. This is a charming and well done painting that depicts a fine looking gentleman with a powdered wig, blue blazer and white cravat, stood next to an urn within a landscaped garden.
