An excellent Zulu knobkerrie, dating to the 19th century. This is a very fine example of a knobkerrie with an off set head and elegant curvature to the shaft. Further embellished with incised designs to the top of the head and a reeded nodule to the collar. The piece has an excellent colour and patina.

Condition:
Small split to the back of the head. Age related wear as expected but overall in good condition. Please examine photos carefully.
