A carved oak statue of an angel, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. This finely carved angel is in the gothic revival taste and depicts an angel playing a long trumpet. The piece is well carved and has a good colour and patina.

Height: 49.6cm. Width: 22cm. Depth: approx 18cm (not including trumpet).
Condition:
Damage to fingertips on one hand including the thumb that has a small metal prong that now holds the trumpet in place. Small further damage/chip to the thumb and tip of finger on other hand. Old restoration/filler visible on some small areas of the wings. Age related wear as expected. Overall good. Please examine photos carefully.
