A bronze statue of an angel, dating to the 19th century. This finely cast bronze angel depicts an angel leant forward and hands in prayer. This statue was likely once the top of a lectern with holes on the reverse of the wings to hold the element of a bookrest or similar. The statue has developed a wonderful slightly verdigris patina that makes the piece highly decorative.
Age related wear as expected. Overall good. Please examine photos carefully.
