Description:
A carved coquilla nut snuff flask, dating to the late 18th or early 19th century. This finely carved snuff flask depicts three profile portraits of gentlemen with shoulder-length hair. Each portrait is intricately carved with great detail, including one of the faces grimacing with teeth on show. This is a wonderfully tactile piece that has an excellent colour and patina. The stopper is missing.
