A pair of carved wood and polychrome busts of a lady and a bearded man, dating to the 17th century. Possibly starting life as furniture elements, these are unusual being polychrome as most elements are typically bare wood.

Condition:
Wear and rubbing to polychrome in places. Loss to the man's base on the front right side, and a small loss to the lady's base on the reverse right side. Age related wear as expected but overall in good condition. Please examine photos carefully.
