A polychromed terracotta bust of a lady, dating to the late 19th century and signed “Neri” to the reverse. This finely sculpted bust depicts a head and shoulders portrait of a neoclassical lady wearing a laurel wreath in her hair. This is a highly decorative piece in the Art-Nouveau style with a nod the neoclassical.
